These terms apply to every order of a licence key for OmniStream MediaCenter via https://omnistream.nl, and to the use of the software. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
You buy a licence key: the right to use the paid features of OmniStream MediaCenter for the chosen period. The software itself is free to download and works without a key in a limited free version.
The licence is personal and intended for use within one household or one organisation. You may not resell, publish or share the key with third parties.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. There are no extra costs.
A licence expires automatically at the end of the chosen period. There is no subscription and nothing is renewed or charged automatically. If you want to continue afterwards, you buy a new period yourself.
Payment is handled by our payment service provider. Immediately after a successful payment you receive the licence key by email at the address you provide with the order. Delivery is therefore digital and virtually instant.
If the email does not arrive, first check your spam folder. If it is still not there after an hour, email omnistream@joyran-software.nl; we will then resend the key.
Because this concerns digital content that is delivered immediately, special rules apply. These are described in full on the Right of withdrawal page. In short: at the order you give explicit consent for immediate delivery and thereby waive the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen days.
OmniStream MediaCenter is a media player and management program that runs on your own equipment. The program supplies no television channels, films, music or other media itself, nor does it provide access to them.
The software only supports connections to legal TV services you have a subscription to yourself, currently Odido, Ziggo, NPO and KPN, and via an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes other providers too. You log in with your own account details and see only what your own subscription allows. In addition you can add your own music and video files.
We explicitly do not offer: television channels, films, series or music; access to them; illegal or unauthorised streams; third-party subscriptions; or pre-configured media boxes. You obtain your TV subscription directly from your own provider.
You are yourself responsible for complying with the terms of your provider and with copyright. Using the software to view material you have no rights to is not allowed and is grounds to terminate the licence.
The software runs locally and stores data on your own equipment. You are yourself responsible for managing that installation, including making backups and securing access to the device and the network.
We do our best to keep the software working well and to keep improving it, but we cannot guarantee that every feature works flawlessly on every computer, with every provider and in every situation. Features may change when a provider or supplier changes something on their side.
So before buying, try the free version, so that you know the program does what you expect on your equipment and with your sources.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question. We are not liable for consequential damage, lost income or loss of data. This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, nor to rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
If you have a complaint, let us know first via omnistream@joyran-software.nl. We reply within two working days and look for a solution together with you.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute may be submitted to the competent Dutch court. As a consumer you can also use the European platform for online dispute resolution via ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may amend these terms. For an order, the version that was on the site at the time of ordering always applies. The date at the top of this page indicates when the text was last changed.
