Right of withdrawal

In brief

How it works exactly

The law (Article 6:230p under g of the Dutch Civil Code) provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, provided that:

1. delivery has begun with your explicit prior consent, and
2. you have declared that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

That is why the order page has a checkbox in which you confirm both points. You cannot order without ticking that box. As long as you do not, nothing is charged.

Would you rather keep the cooling-off period?

That is possible. In that case, email us before ordering at omnistream@joyran-software.nl. We will then only deliver the key after the fourteen-day cooling-off period, so that your right of withdrawal stays fully intact. During that period you can simply try the software for free.

Try it free first

OmniStream MediaCenter is free to download and works without a licence key in a limited free version. This way you can verify on your own equipment and with your own sources that the program does what you expect, before you pay. We recommend it to everyone.

If something goes wrong

Waiving the right of withdrawal does not mean you are stuck with a broken product. If the licence key does not work, or you do not receive it, we will fix it: we send a new key or refund you. Contact us at omnistream@joyran-software.nl and describe what is happening; we reply within two working days.

Your statutory rights in the case of a product that does not conform to the agreement remain fully in force.

Refunds

If we refund you, we do so within fourteen days of our confirmation, via the same payment method you paid with. There are no costs for you in doing so.
